Eats Catering - Terms & Conditions
- All functions held within the grounds of the Adelaide Botanic
Gardens require a surcharge of $4.00 per person (sit down function) or
$3.00 per person (cocktail style function). This payment is required
as part of the lease agreement with the Botanic Gardens Restaurant and
the Adelaide Botanic Gardens.
- CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of a booking must be made in writing
within 14 days of the original reservation. The Management of Eats
Catering reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the
venue to another client if confirmation is not received.
- DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of $5.00 per person is required at the
time of confirmation.
- FINAL NUMBERS: Anticipated final numbers are requested ten days
prior to function date. Final numbers are required three clear working
days prior to your event. This number will represent the minimum
number of guests for which you will be charged.
- PRICE: Prices are subject to change but are firm from payment of a
deposit for a period of 12 months.
- MENU: Details must be finalised at least two weeks prior to the
function so that our chefs can assure the quality and availability of
food.
- PAYMENT: All charges are payable upon the receipt of accounts.
Failure to do so within fourteen (14) days would imply that the
applying company agrees to pay costs of a collection agency or a
solicitor for recovery.
- CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation Eats Catering will refund the
deposit less a booking fee of 10% up to 90 days prior to the function.
Within 90 days to 45 days prior to the function, Eats Catering will
retain the full deposit received as compensation for lost business.
- CLEANING: General cleaning is included in the cost of the function.
If cleaning requirements following your function are judged to be
excessive, additional cleaning charges will be incurred.
